Ghumarwin, Himachal Pradesh – Pranjal Rana, a student of Minerva Senior Secondary School, Ghumarwin, has secured the 4th position in the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education’s Class 12 (Science stream) merit list with an impressive score of 481 marks. She has also emerged as the district topper in the Science stream.

Pranjal, a resident of Behal Kandela in Bilaspur district, has brought pride to her school and her family with this outstanding achievement. The school management and her family members are overjoyed with her success.

Daughter of Pawan Kumar, a Physical Education Lecturer, and Raj Kumari, a homemaker, Pranjal aspires to become a doctor and serve society through medicine. Speaking about her achievement, she credited her success to her teachers and parents, acknowledging their constant support and guidance.

Pranjal shared that she studied for 5 to 6 hours daily. In a brief conversation, she emphasized the increasing competition in every field, especially education, where even a single mark can make a difference. “Even in Class 12, there was fierce competition for even half a mark. Every student strives to perform their best, but sometimes falls behind by just one or two marks,” she said.

Pranjal expressed her happiness over her success and reiterated her gratitude toward her mentors and parents for their encouragement and proper direction.
