MANDI: Urva Rumani, a six-year-old dance prodigy and child artiste from Sundernagar in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, is set to appear in one of India’s longest-running and most popular TV serials, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.
She will be seen playing the role of ‘Pookie’, the daughter of lead characters Abhira and Armaan, as the show prepares for a major leap in its storyline.
Urva’s selection for this prestigious role is a result of her outstanding acting and expressive skills, which she developed from a very young age. She began her journey at the renowned Feet of Fire Dance Studio in Sundernagar, where she displayed extraordinary talent in both dance and facial expressions. Her natural flair for performance quickly caught attention, setting her apart as a rising star.
