Zee Entertainment Enterprises founder Subhash Chandra has alleged that US-based fund Invesco is trying to takeover the company through “clandestine and illegal” means.
“If you want to take over, offer 75% to the shareholders,” Chandra said in an interview to Zee News.
Earlier, Invesco asked the firm to call for an extraordinary general meeting to appoint six nominees to the board.
