Youth Congress staged a demonstration in Dharamshala on Monday to protest the increasing unemployment in Himachal and the government providing employment to outsiders.
YC members took out a mock funeral procession of the state government.
During the funeral procession the Youth Congress also tried to burn the effigy of the state government, but the police snatched away the effigy.
Youth Congress workers raised slogans against the state government as well as the police administration for not allowing the police to burn the effigy.
State Youth Congress working president Yadupati Thakur grabbed hold of a policeman to prevent him from stopping the youths from burning the effigy.
