Palampur – In a tragic incident under the jurisdiction of Dheera Sub Divisonal area, on the Kyarwan link road in Thaliyal, a car met with an accident on Sunday, resulting in the untimely death of two young men.
According to reports, the three young men had gone to visit the Jaladhari Temple, and after returning home around 2 PM, near Thaliyal, their car, a Honda City, veered off the road into a gorge.
Siddharth (25) Thakur, the driver, lost his life at the scene, while Basu Goyal (24), a resident of Daroh, succumbed to his injuries. The third youth, Rohit Rathour, a resident of Sainik Colony, is in critical condition and has been referred to Tanda after initial treatment.
