After declaring the Class 12th result in record time, the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) is all set to announce the Class 10th result on Sunday (May 5) morning.
In an exclusive information sourced by The Newz Radar, HPBOSE will declare the Class 10th result on May 5 at 11 am. HP education board Secretary Dr Vishal Sharma confirmed the information to TNR.

In 2023, HPBOSE Class 10th examination was conducted between March 11 and March 31 while results were declared on May 25.
HPBOSE Class 12th results were declared on Monday (April 29) in a record time within 25 days of the conclusion of the examination in March-April 20204. A total of 85,777 candidates appeared for the examination, of whom 63,092 successfully cleared it.
Kangra Deputy Commissioner and HPBOSE Chairman Hemraj Bairwa along with board secretary Dr Vishal Sharma had declared the results at a press briefing. Both had said that HPBOSE Class 10th results were expected to be announced within a week.
Girls had outshone boys in the HPBOSE Class 12th examination. Kamakshi Sharma and Chhaya Chauhan shared the overall top position, securing 98.80 per cent marks (494 out of 500). Kamakshi is a student of Bharti Vidyapeeth Public Senior Secondary Schools at Baijnath in Kangra district and Chhaya of Snower Valley Public School at Bajaura in Kullu.
Shruti Sharma of SD Public School, Hamirpur, has stood second with 98.4 per cent marks (492/500). Angel of Minerva Senior Secondary School, Ghumarwin, has stood fourth with 98.2 per cent marks (491/500). As many as 41 students — among them 30 girls — had shared the top 10 positions.
