A change has been announced in the venue of the main function for Independence Day. Instead of Kotli now the function would be held in Seri Manch of Mandi district.
On July 31 it had been decided that the main function would be held in Seri Manch. However, on August 6 the decision was changed and it was decided that it would be held in Kotli of Mandi district.
On Monday the government spokesperson announced that the main function would be held in Seri Manch.
