Chamba : Deputy Commissioner Apoorv Devgan has informed that 6 stranded travelers in the Kareri-Lamdal road have been safely rescued. The Deputy Commissioner revealed that yesterday, they received information about 6 travelers stranded near Dharakund on the Kareri-Lamdal trekking route via satellite phone. Upon receiving this information, the team, consisting of Patwari Ranjit Singh, Deputy Sarpanch Brahi Chain Lal, and personnel from the Revenue Department and local youths, was dispatched for the rescue.
The team successfully rescued the travelers today and brought them to a safe location
