Doctors at AIIMS Delhi successfully performed a rare procedure on grape-sized heart of a foetus in 90 seconds. They performed successful balloon dilation of an obstructed valve. A 28-year-old pregnant woman with three previous pregnancy losses was admitted. The parents wished to continue the pregnancy after doctors communicated about the foetus’ heart condition and consented to the procedure.
