The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has released the proposed date sheet for the first term examinations of classes 9 and 11 on Thursday. It had recently released the date sheet for classes 11 and 12. The first term examinations for class 9 will be held in the second session from November 17 to December 2. Class 11 exams will start from November 16 and continue till December 8. Board president Suresh Kumar Soni informed that students, parents and teachers can give suggestions regarding the proposed lists of the first term examinations within 10 days on the Board’s website. The date sheet will then be finalized and released.
Proposed date sheet for class 9
The first term examinations of the regular students of class 9 will start from November 17 as per the proposed date sheet. Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu subjects will be held on November 17 from 1.45 to 5 pm, Mathematics on 20th November, on 22nd Art -A, Vocal Musiic, Instrumental Music, Home Science, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Automobile, Security, Retail, ITeS, Agriculture, Travel and Tourism, Telecom, Physical Education, BFSI, Plumbing, Beauty and Wellness, Electronics, Apparels, Media and Entertainment and health care. Social Science will be held on November 24, Hindi on November 26, Finacial literacy on November 27, English on November 29 and science and technology on December 1. Arts-B will be held on December 2.
The first term examinations of regular students of grade 11 will start from 16th November. The examinations will be held from 1.45 pm to 5.00 pm. Fine Art Painting and Graphic and Commercial Art examinations will be held from 1.45 am to 3 pm, History on 16 November, Business Studies and Physics on 17, Sociology on 18, English on 20, Geography, Dance and Fine Art on 22, Accountancy and Chemistry on 23, Political Science on 24, Economics on 25, Home Science on 26, Mathematics on 27, Hindi on 29, French, Sanskrit and Urdu on 30 and Biology on December 1. Computer Science, Physical Education, Yoga, ITeS, Automobile, Security, Retail, Healthcare, Agriculture, Travel and Tourism, Telecom, Physical Education, BFSI, Media and Entertainment, Plumber, Beauty and Wellness, Electronics and Apparels subject exams will be held on December 2, Musicals On December 3, Public Administration on December 4, Sociology on 6, Philosophy on 7 and Financial Literacy on December 8.
