The Tibet Policy Institute, a research centre of Central Tibetan Administration of TibetanĀ government-in-exile holds a prayer service in the memory of late Virbhadra Singh, former CM of Himachal Pradesh, with a title “Reminiscing the sacred relations between Tibet & Kinnaur”. Buddhists monks lead the prayer ceremony at the headquarters of Tibetan government-in-exile in Dharamshala where a number of officials and staff members of CTA gathered to attend the prayers.
