Mandi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to virtually lay the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art Critical Care Block comprising 50 beds at Lal Bahadur Shastri Medical College, Ner Chowk today. The event will be held at the auditorium of SLBSGMCH at 4:45 PM. He will also inaugurate three mobile testing laboratories virtually from Rajkot.
