People who sleep very late may die early: Study

People who stay up late may have a shorter lifespan as they have a higher risk of developing unhealthy habits, a study stated. Such people tended to drink and smoke more and were less likely to get eight hours of sleep.

The study concluded that definite night owls had 9% higher chance of dying from any cause than early risers.
