The famous Norbulingka Institute, an institute of Tibetan art and craft at Sidhpur near Dharamshala, has been declared a containment zone by the district administration after 35 persons were found COVID-19 positive.

Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) spokesperson Tenzin Lekshey, of the Tibetan government-in-exile, “A total of 88 people have been tested positive in the last 10 days. Norbulingka Institute has been converted into a containment zone. Regular check-up is going on so that we can prevent further contamination of the disease.”
