MANDI: The Himachal Pradesh Language and Culture Department in Mandi is organising a two-day live sketching workshop at the historically significant Panchvakra Temple.
District Language Officer Promila Guleria stated that the workshop would be organised from 11 am to 4 pm on January 20 and 21 to inspire the local emerging artists. Renowned artist Praveen Rawat and Aman, both from Mandi, will acquaint participants with the nuances of art. She revealed that on the first day, artists will create live sketches of the 500-year-old temple from different sides and directions. On January 21, art lovers will receive free art demonstrations from the two mentors.
Anyone interested in sketching can participate in the workshop with their art material on these dates. Rawat explained that the workshop is free for everyone.
