KULLU: Deputy Commissioner Ashutosh Garg, who is the vice-president of the International Kullu Dussehra Committee, has said that the International Kullu Dussehra will be celebrated from October 24 to October 30, 2023, at the historical Dhalpur grounds here.
On the occasion, he said, a souvenir was being published highlighting the rich culture of Kullu district, besides containing articles based on history and development.
He said interested writers could send articles based on the rich cultural heritage, history and development of Kullu district to the office of District Language Officer, Kullu, by September 24 on any working day or by post.
He said the article should not be bigger than four pages. The right to decide whether or not to publish the article in the souvenir would rest with the souvenir publication committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, he said.
