DHARAMSHALA: India has left the world stunned by the grand G20 summit organised in New Delhi on September 9 and 10. Now, the big question striking everyone’s mind is how much did India spend on the two-day grand show.Though there is no official disclosure on the expenditure yet, it is being estimated that the Narendra Modi government has spent ₹4,100 crore on the G20 summit. Out of this ₹4,100 crore, ₹2,700 crore has been spent on the construction of the venue Bharat Mandapam alone. An amount of ₹990 crore was allocated for the G20 summit in the Union budget in February.
