The state government on Friday promoted 1989 batch IFS and APCCF Pavnesh Kumar to the post of PCCF. After Pavnesh Kumar promotion, the cadre strength of PCCF has increased to eight in the small hill state of Himachal. Earlier there were 7 PCCFs in the state. Out of these, four of them are on central deputation, while three, including Dr Savita, head of forest department, are working in the state.
