HPBOSE 10th results 2024: Nadaun’s Ridhima tops HP Board Class 10 exam, 74.61% students declared pass

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE 10th results 2024) released the Class 10th results on Tuesday (May 7, 2024), with 67,988 of the total 91,622 who appeared in the exam being declared pass. This pass percentage is 74.61.

Addressing the media, Board Secretary Dr Vishal Sharma said HPBOSE 10th results 2024 could be accessed on the board’s website: hpbose.org. He said 10,474 students had been placed in compartment category while 12,613 had failed. Students can apply for revaluation till May 22.

Ridhima Sharma of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Nadaun (Hamirpur), has topped the examination with 99.86 per cent marks, scoring 699 out of 700. Kritika Sharma of Neugal Model Public Senior Secondary School at Bhawarna in Kangra stood second with 99.71 per cent marks, getting 698 out of 700.

The third position has been shared by three students at 99.57 per cent (697/700): Shivam Sharma, Government Senior Secondary School, Berthin, Kangra; Dhriti Tegta, Glory International School, Rohru, Shimla; and Rushil Sood, Bharti Vidyapeeth Public Senior Secondary School, Baijnath, Kangra.
Of the 92 students in the merit list of HPBOSE 10th results 2024, 71 are girls.

Among the toppers, 22 are from government and 70 from private schools. Students will be provided their mark sheets by their school. Candidates who want to get the answer sheets of the examination re-evaluated can do it online on the board’s website www.hpbose.org. The HPBOSE 10th results 2024 has been released 15 days earlier.
