HPBOSE 10th results 2024: Five students of Swami Vivekanand School-Kandraur make it to HP board’s merit list

DHARAMSHALA: Five students of Swami Vivekanand Memorial Public Senior Secondary School at Kandrour in Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh have made it to the top-10 merit list of HPBOSE 10th results 2024, declared by the HP Board of School Education at Dharamshala on Tuesday (May 7, 2024) morning.

Among the notable achievers in HPBOSE 10th results 2024 from Swami Vivekanand Memorial Public Senior Secondary School is Akshit Sharma, who emerged as a shining star with a remarkable score of 695 marks out of 700, securing an impressive 99.29 per cent. He stood fifth in the state.

Following closely behind in the HPBOSE 10th results 2024 is Swami Vivekanand school student Divyanshu Rana, who secured 694 marks (99.14 per cent) and bagged sixth position in the state. Arjun Thakur also made his mark by securing the seventh position with a score of 693, achieving 99 per cent. Purnima bagged the eighth position with a score of 692, which is 98.86 per cent. Aditya Sharma got the ninth position with a score of 691, achieving 98.71 per cent.

Swami Vivekanand Memorial Public Senior Secondary School is situated on the Ghumarwin-Bilaspur road near Kandrour bridge and falls under Bilaspur Sadar tehsil.
Three students each from Government Senior Secondary School at Berthin in Bilaspur and Him Academy Public School at Hiranagar in Hamirpur also made it to the top-10 merit of HPBOSE 10th results 2024.

Himachal third topper from Berthin
From the Government Senior Secondary School at Berthin, Shivam Sharma secured 697 marks (99.57 per cent) out of 700 and stood third in the state. Aditi Sharma got 694 marks (99.57 per cent) and stood sixth while Rijwal Sankhyan got 691 marks (98.71 per cent) and stood ninth.

Him Academy Public School, Anmol Sood secured 695 marks (99.29 per cent) and stood fifth while Suryansh Jhamta got 693 marks (99 per cent), securing seventh position. Ridhima Sharma got 691 marks (98.71 per cent) and stood ninth.

Record 8 toppers from Snower Valley school
Snower Valley Public School at Bajaura in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh bagged laurels at the state level in the HPBOSE 10th results 2024 as record eight of its students, all girls, made it to the coveted top-10 merit list.hpbose

In the HPBOSE 10th results 2024, Snower Valley Public School students couldn’t make it to the top three positions, but two of its girls, Titiksha Thakur and Shravika Kashyap, bagged the fourth position in the state with an outstanding score of 696 marks, which is an impressive 99.43 per cent. Mridul Thakur stood sixth in the state with 694 out of 700 marks, which is 99.14 per cent.

Niharika and Suhani secured the seventh position with a score of 693 marks each, a score of 99 per cent. Rashi and Kritika both stood at ninth position with 691 marks, which is 98.71 per cent. With one mark less at 690, Ruchika secured 98.57 per cent marks and bagged the tenth position in the state.

Both Titiksha and Shravika aspire to pursue careers in the medical field and become doctors. Mridul has opted for non-medical and aims to pursue a doctorate in mathematics. Suhani plans to venture into software technology. Rashi and Ruchika also aspire to be doctors and have chosen the medical stream. Kritika aims for UPSC services in the future.

92 students in top-10 merit list
In the HPBOSE 10th results 2024, 92 students made it to the top-10 merit list, of whom 71 are girls and 21 boys. The top two positions were bagged by girls. Ridhima Sharma of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Nadaun (Hamirpur), topped in the HPBOSE 10th results 2024 by securing 99.86 per cent marks, getting 699 out of 700. Kritika Sharma of Neugal Model Public Senior Secondary School at Bhawarna in Kangra stood second with 99.71 per cent marks, securing 698 out of 700 marks.hpbose result board result 10thresult

The third position has been shared by three students at 99.57 per cent (697/700) and of them two are girls: Dhriti Tegta, Glory International School, Rohru, Shimla; and Rushil Sood, Bharti Vidyapeeth Public Senior Secondary School, Baijnath, Kangra. Shivam Sharma of Government Senior Secondary School at Berthin in Kangra is the only boy in the top-3 list.

The HPBOSE 10th results 2024 saw 67,988 of the total 91,622 clearing the exam with a pass percentage of 74.61. Addressing the media, Board Secretary Dr Vishal Sharma said 10,474 students had been placed in compartment category while 12,613 had failed. He said students could apply for revaluation till May 22.
