Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for 8 Subjects in November
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education will be conducting the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for eight subjects in November. Candidates can apply between September 28 and October 18. The application fee is set at ₹1200 for general candidates and ₹700 for reserved categories.
Exam Details and Schedule
According to the board, the TET exams for TGT Arts, Medical, Non-Medical, Language Teacher, JBT, Shastri, Punjabi, and Urdu subjects will be held from November 15 to 26. The exams will take place in two sessions daily. Candidates can apply until October 21 with a late fee of ₹600.
Application Correction Window
Candidates will be allowed to correct any errors in their applications from October 22 to 24. Additionally, if a candidate wants to change their category or sub-category, they can submit an offline application with the required documents and fees to the board by October 31.

Admit cards will be available for download on the board’s website four days before the exam.

Online Fee Submission Only
Candidates are required to submit their fees online through the payment gateway provided during the application process. No other modes of payment will be accepted. If any candidate misses the initial deadline, they can still apply with a late fee of ₹600 for three additional days.
Offline Application for Category Correction
For category and sub-category corrections, candidates can submit an offline application at the board’s office by the specified deadlines.
