In a tragic development, Professor Simi Agnihotri, renowned for her tenure in the Law Department at Himachal Pradesh University and the wife of Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, breathed her last on Friday (February 9, 2024) night.
Married since April 8, 1992, the couple enjoyed a profound bond and shared numerous cherished moments together.
The news of her demise has left the community in mourning, reflecting on her significant contributions both academically and personally. The final rites will be held at their ancestral place Gondpur Jayachand in Una district’s Haroli with the mortal remains to be laid to rest on Saturday (February 10) at 2 pm.
