Himachal HC transfers 27 district court judges, find out complete list

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has issued transfer orders for 27 judges of district courts. Among the appointments, Devendra Kumar will now serve at the District and Sessions Court-1 in Shimla, while Yogesh Jaswal has been posted as Chief Justice of the Family Court in Mandi.
Vikas Bhardwaj will be the District and Sessions Court in Kullu, Bhuvanesh Awasthi in Hamirpur, Rajiv Bali in Kangra and Jaswant Singh in Chamba.
Anuja Sood will preside over the Labour Court in Shimla, Naresh Kumar as the District and Sessions Judge in Una, Nitin Kumar as the Director of the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy in Shimla and Praveen Chauhan at the Labour Court in Kangra. Vivek Sharma has been named Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Transport Appellate Tribunal in Hamirpur.
Other appointments include PC Rana as Additional District and Sessions Judge in Paonta Sahib, Pankaj Sharma in Rohru, Avinash Chandra in Sundernagar and Rajesh Chauhan in Kangra. Sachin Raghu has been appointed as Additional District and Sessions Judge in Hamirpur, Gaurav Mahajan in Nahan, Kanta Verma in Una, Abhay Mandyal in Nalagarh and Sapna Pandey in Dehra.
Arvind Kumar has been posted Additional District and Sessions Judge in Mandi, Praveen Garg in Shimla, Yajuvendra Singh in Kinnaur in Rampur Bushahr and Pankaj in Solan. Vivek Khainal and Gurmeet Kaur have been appointed Additional District and Sessions Judges for the Fast-Track Special Courts POCSO in Solan and Sirmaur (Nahan).
