Himachal Ayush dept holds yoga session for teachers at Parmarth International School in Baijnath

The Ayush department of Himachal Pradesh, under the guidance of Sub-Divisional Ayurvedic Medical Officer Dr Vikram Chand Rana, organised a yoga session for the teachers of Parmarth International School at Baijnath in Kangra.
The session, conducted by yoga instructor Neeru Goswami, aimed to commemorate the upcoming 10th International Yoga Day on June 21.
The event, held in the school premises, emphasised the importance of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being. Teachers actively participated in various yoga postures and breathing exercises guided by Neeru Goswami, focusing on enhancing flexibility, relaxation and stress management.
Dr Vikram Chand Rana highlighted the significance of integrating yoga into daily routines for maintaining overall health and vitality. He emphasised the Ayush department’s commitment to promoting traditional practices like yoga for their numerous health benefits.
