Government to restart Jan Manch from Sunday

Shimla | TNR

The Himachal government is all set to restart its Jan Manch programme on Sunday. The government’s public interaction programme had been discontinued when the second wave of the pandemic hit India.

This programme is primarily meant for active interaction between government ministers and the people in different districts.

Ministers visit different districts and make an effort to provide on the spot solutions to problems faced by the people.

This will be the 23rd Jan Manch to be held by the state government. During the present Jan Manch, Horticulture and Hydel Power Minister will listen to problems of the people in Aani.

Similarly, Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj will visit Jubbal-Kotkhai, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary will visit Karsog, Technical Education Minister Dr Ram Lal Markanda will visit Kaza, Agriculture and Panchayati Raj Minister Virender Kanwar will interact with people at Nadaun, Industries Minister Bikram Singh at Doon, Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur will go to Jhandutta, Health Minister Dr Rajiv Sejal will visit Pachhad, Energy Minister Sukhram Chaudhary will visit Gagret, Forest Minister Rakesh Pathania will go to Jaisinghpur, Food Supply Minister Rajendra Garg to Nichar and Deputy Speaker Hansa will listen to problems of the people at the Jan Manch in Teesa.
