During the Panna Pramukh Sammelan held at Dadi Maidan in Dharamshala, Sudhir Sharma asserted that Panna Pramukhs are crucial in the BJP, expressing his desire to become one.
He predicted BJP’s victory in the state post PM Narendra Modi’s third term and emphasized the importance of Panna Pramukhs focusing on their respective booths.
The Dharamshala BJP Mandal organized the Panna Pramukh Sammelan, attended by BJP’s state in-charge Avinash Rai Khanna, national general secretary of the Women’s Wing Indu Goswami, Kangra MLA Pawan Kajal, former MLA Vishal Nehria, BJP candidate from Kangra-Chamba Lok Sabha seat Sudhir Sharma, and other party members.
Khanna criticized the Congress for its stance on stopping the establishment of the Central University in Dharamshala, alleging discrimination against Kangra by the Congress.
He asserted BJP’s strength, citing the victory of BJP candidate Kishan Kapoor over Congress by a significant margin in the previous Lok Sabha elections, predicting a continuation of BJP’s success in the upcoming elections.
Despite the Environmental Ministry granting clearance for the construction of buildings worth 250 crores in Dharamshala, the project remains stalled due to the state government’s failure to deposit 30 crores. Khanna concluded that the current Congress government opposes development and education.
