Arjun Bijlani wins Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, gets ₹20 lakh cash prize and a car


Actor Arjun Bijlani has been named the winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. Along with the trophy, Arjun has been rewarded with ₹20-lakh cash prize and a car. Arjun defeated Divyanka Tripathi and Vishal Aditya Singh in the final challenge of the Rohit Shetty-hosted show. The show ran from July 17 to September 26.


Disney files cases to keep full control over 5 Marvel characters


Disney filed several lawsuits to retain control over Marvel characters Spider-Man, Black Widow, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel. The cases are filed in response to notices seeking to reclaim the copyrights of the characters to their creators. If the notices are successful, Marvel can use the characters by sharing ownership and profits with the creators’ heirs.

Actress Kangana Ranaut said she has “permanent stretch marks” after gaining 20 kilograms in six months and losing it all within six months for ‘Thalaivaa’. “But art comes to life with a price and more often than not price is the artist him/herself,” she wrote on Instagram. Kangana plays the role of former Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa in ‘Thalaivaa’.


Sai Dharam Tej still in a coma: Pawan Kalyan at ‘Republic’ pre-release event


Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan on Saturday attended the pre-release event of upcoming film ‘Republic’, where he revealed that his nephew actor Sai Dharam Tej is still in a coma. Tej was hospitalised after getting injured in a road accident on September 10. Pawan gave a speech at the event condemning media houses that projected Tej’s accident as his own fault.

Aamir Khan’s ‘Lal Singh Chadha’ release postponed to February


Aamir Khan Productions took to Instagram to announce that the actor’s upcoming film ‘Lal Singh Chadha’ will not release on Christmas. The release of the film has been postponed to Valentine’s Day, 2022 due to delays faced as a result of the pandemic. “We welcome the decision…to allow cinemas to re-open from 22nd Oct,” the announcement read.
