Helmed by Advait Chandan, the film also stars Naga Chaitanya, Kareena Kapoor and Mona Singh. ‘Lal Singh Chadha’ is a remake of the Academy Award-winning film ‘Forrest Gump’, which featured Tom Hanks, Robin Wright, Gary Sinise and Sally Field.

This comes after the department surveyed several premises linked to the actor, including his Mumbai residence, for over three days. The department said that bogus loans have been used by Sood and his associates for making investments and acquiring properties.
