To protest against rising unemployment and giving jobs to non-Himachalis in the state, Congress workers taking out halla bol rally in Dharamshala on Friday.
During the rally Congress state president Kuldeep Rathore and other Congress leaders highlighted the woes of Himachalis outside the office of Kangra district collector.
