CM Dedicates Projects Worth Rs. 205 Crore in Kangra

Dhramshala:In a demonstration of commitment to the welfare and development of Jawalamukhi assembly segment, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated and laid foundation stones for multiple projects totaling Rs. 205 crore during his visit today.
Among the highlights of his visit was the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Rs. 92.38 crore Sukh Ashray Adarsh Gram Parisar at Luthan, which aims to provide modern residential facilities to beneficiaries under the Mukhya Mantri Sukh-Ashray Yojna, catering to orphans and destitute individuals.
Additionally, the Chief Minister inaugurated various projects including improvement and augmentation of lift water supply schemes, a police station building, additional accommodation building for a Government Senior Secondary School, and a marriage palace-cum-parking facility for the temple trust Jawalaji Shakti Peeth.
Furthermore, Sukhu laid foundation stones for irrigation projects, a model day boarding school, a multipurpose hall at Government Degree College, channelization of Khara Nala, an inspection hut of Jal Shakti Vibhag, and seven tube wells in Bharoli and Jawalamukhi areas.
The series of inaugurations and foundation stone layings marked a significant investment in infrastructure and social welfare initiatives within the constituency, reflecting the government’s dedication to the holistic development of the region.
