In a tragic incident in Munish, Rampur, Shimla district, an HRTC bus overturned today, resulting in injuries to 24 passengers. It is reported that the accident occurred in the morning when the driver attempted to start the bus, but it failed to ignite. In an effort to start the bus, the driver pushed some passengers, leading to the bus colliding with a hillside and overturning on the road.
As soon as news of the incident spread, locals rushed to the scene, evacuating passengers and sending them for medical treatment to nearby hospitals. The bus driver, conductor, and 22 passengers sustained injuries in the accident. The police have initiated an investigation to determine the causes of the accident.
