Bizarre: Rear axle, wheels of Himachal state bus get detached while in motion

Dharampur: In a bizarre turn of events the rear axle and four wheels of a Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus got detached while the bus was on the move on Thursday morning (Apr 18).
The HRTC bus, from the Dharampur depot, was playing to Amritsar from Joginder Nagar. At 8.15 am while the bus was about 8 km from Dharampur near Kotla village the axle and the wheels popped out bringing the bus to a screeching halt even as passengers panicked.
None of the passengers were reported to have been injured even as they questioned the lack of maintenance of the government buses which led to such a bizarre incident.
