Two youths were brutally attacked by a pack of three bears in Mudhochali village of Bharanu panchayat on Monday.
Youths were collecting wood
The youths, Krishna Kumar and Rohit, natives of the village were attacked when they went into the forest to collect wood for fuel.
Though both of them managed to run away and save their lives, they suffered serious injuries to their mouth and body.
Undertreatment at IGMC
They were initially taken to Nerwa hospital by locals, where they were administered first aid. They were later referred to IGMC Shimla for further treatment.
Local people informed the forest department about the incident.
