Arni University honored at ‘Education Excellence 2024’ for outstanding contributions in higher education

The “Education Excellence 2024” programme, organised by Zee Media, brought together leading educational institutions from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana to discuss and celebrate the advancements in higher education.
The prestigious event took place in Chandigarh and saw active participation from universities committed to enhancing educational quality and development.
The programme’s main sponsor, Arni University from Kangra in Himachal Pradesh, played a pivotal role in representing the state’s educational achievements. Among the notable institutions present were Chitkara University and Chandigarh University, each contributing valuable insights into the future of higher education.
Rohit Thakur, the Education Minister of Himachal Pradesh, graced the event as the chief guest. His presence underscored the significance of the event and highlighted the government’s support for educational excellence in the region.
A major highlight of the evening was Arni University being awarded the “Education Excellence 2024” title, recognising it as the best university in North India. This accolade marks a significant milestone as Arni University became the first institution from Himachal Pradesh to receive this honour.
Chancellor Dr Vivek Singh of Arni University delivered an inspiring speech during the event, discussing key strategies to further enhance the quality of education. His vision and leadership were evident as he shared insights and future plans aimed at elevating academic standards and fostering innovation within the university.
