The Karnataka High Court said using abusive words against Prime Minister is derogatory but it doesn’t constitute sedition. “The utterance of the abusive words that PM should be hit with footwear is not only derogatory but is irresponsible,” the court added. It made the remarks as it quashed a sedition case against the management of Shaheen School in Bidar.
